TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. No power, cannot turn on
Please check the following points:
(1) Please confirm the power source is DC 12V.
(2) Please only use the power wires coming with the radio.
(3) Check if you connect all power cables wiring:
1 red wire connect to ignition switch (ACC)
2 yellow wire connect to battery positive
3 black wire connect to battery negative
(4) power port is tightly inserted
(5) Check if the fuse is good. Replace with the proper value fuse if necessary.
If all the above has no problem, please do a test as the following steps:
(1) disconnect all other wires of the radio
(2) only connect the red wire and yellow wire directly to DC 12V battery positive, and
the black cable to negative.
(3) check if it has the same problem.
Thus, you can confirm it is the device matter or the car wire matter.
2. No sound
- Check and make sure the speaker wires are connected correctly as wring diagram
- Check if there is any contact between speaker, speaker wires and car’s metal part
- Check if it occur in all audio playing mode (radio, music, bluetooth)
- Adjust volume according to the last result
- Confirm if this unit output watt can support your speakers
3. Unit hang-up
- Press the RESET button to reset the unit to its default stage
- disconnect from power and restart
4. No function when pressing the buttons or TFT screen
- Method 1: Press the screen with five fingers at the same time for 2-3 seconds, active the
Touch screen calibration, follow indications to calibrate.
- Method 2: Press the RESET button to reset the unit to its default stage
5. Poor effect or unable to receive radio
- Check whether the radio antenna is inserted or properly connected.
- Antenna may not be the proper length. Make sure the antenna is fully extended
- Antenna may be poorly grounded. Check and make sure the antenna is properly
grounded
6. Stereo cannot be received under radio mode
- Tune the radio frequency/area accurately.
- The broadcasting signal is too weak, set the mode to MONO
7. Bluetooth not operated
- Check the devices are linked up correctly
- Forget devices on the radio and on your phone, reopen to connect again
8. Language Setting: Setting- Language
9. Cannot save all settings, time or radio station after turn off and on
Please confirm if you have connect the yellow wire (memory wire) to DC 12V positive.
10. How to save my favorite radio station in bands?
When you find and stop in the station you like, long press the band where you want to
save, until the original station changes into the current station.
