If I build the house on a concrete slab, what do you recommend?

On a concrete slab foundation anchor bolts are used and supplied and you will need a masonry drill

bit for the purpose of attaching a steel structure to its foundation (providing both stability and

preventing movement of the building).

Most people would generally seal the concrete foundation, before they secure the steel frame or

any other type materiel to the concrete foundation or some put a layer between the concrete to

the material on top. For example, one of the best uses for silicone caulk involves filling the gaps

between concrete and the steel. Silicone caulk adheres well to all of these materials, and because it

has elasticity, it won't crack or break when materials like wood expand in response to

environmental conditions.

The materials are galvanized g90 so the highest level of galvanized protection, or can also purchase

a rubber gasket for under the frames if you feel you would like extra protection from your

environmental challenges.
