Can I get a copy of the prelim plans to get permits to build for my
location?
Yes, we can provide you with the preliminary plans which you can take to your local Building
Authority to see if you can build the model size and height for your location prior to purchasing.

If I want a floor system added to a model that does not have one, can it
be done?
Yes, we can design and engineer, almost any requirement you need, within the building codes of
your location. Before you complete your purchase, please contact us to discuss

Can I get the structural engineering plans and calculations before I
purchase to submit to my local building authorities to get my approvals
first and assist in my finance process?
Yes, you can! Contact us and we will explain the process of pre-arranging the stamped plans for
your location through [e-mail]
How are the steel frame kits delivered?
The steel frame kits are delivered on the back of a truck, the example picture below is an example
of the Bangalow model, you will need a forklift on site to lift it of the truck or 2 people to lift it off
(maximum weight for the largest frame panel up to 150 pounds), and generally our truck driver will
assist if required.
