Troubleshooting Lock nut (#11) has come loose or o-ring on cartridge (#12) is dirty or twisted. Tighten the lock nut (#11). Clean or replace o-ring on cartridge (#12). Remove handle and pressure balance cartridge (#12) to check the rubber valve seat. Clean or replace it. Dirty or pressure locked cartridge (#12). Revised on 07/27/2019 Turn off the water supply. Remove the cartridge (#12) and soak in white vinegar for 4 hours.
