Pop-Up Drain Assembly

without Overflow

INSTALLATION:

1. Thread mounting nut and bottom gasket onto drain body. Wrap top

threaded end of drain body with thread seal tape. Apply small amount

of plumber's putty to seal lip.

2. Slip drain body up through the drain opening and screw seat onto

drain body. Hold the drain body in position, with pivot rod opening facing

the back of the sink. Tighten the mounting nut snugly with a wrench,

being careful not to over tighten.

3. Remove the pivot nut. Verify that the pivot rod seal is set in place. If it

is not, push seal into the pivot rod housing before inserting rod. Drop

plunger into drain. Place pivot rod in pivot rod opening. Be sure the

pivot rod is through the plunger's hole.Slip pivot nut over pivot rod and

thread it on drain body. Tighten snugly, being careful not to over tighten.

4. With lift rod in position on the faucet, insert lift rod through lift rod strap

and secure with the set screw.

5. Guide the pivot rod through one of the holes on lift rod strap and secure

it with the spring clip, then adjust height of lift rod by resetting the

set screw. Turn on water and check for leaks.
