command.Thismustoccurwithinasecond.Ifthisisnotthecase,the
SwitchhasjustbeeninstalledanditissearchingforanotherCircleto
connectto.ThisalsohappensiftheCircleisinaccessible.
TheLEDremainsonformorethanasecond:theSwitchisnotassigned
toanetworkandissearchingforanetworktoconnectto.Inthismode,
theSwitchusesmorepowerthannormal.
