Troubleshooting Steps

 The BY M1 is a lavalier microphone and this requires it to be used with LR44 Batteries

(provided with product).

 Please ensure that you are using the correct batteries and they are connected with

correct polarities in the Power pack of the microphone.

 The Power pack has a switch that needs to be switched to camera mode when using a

camera.

 Please ensure that you have connected the Microphone Jack to the correct terminal in

your camera/smartphone/laptop.

 Sometimes, if your phone app is not able to detect the microphone you need to try the

3P applications like Open camera, and change OTG settings to external microphone.
