USING YOUR WIRELESS SHUTTER
CONTROL
1 Set the camera to IR mode. (See the instructions
that came with the camera.)
2 Attach the camera to a tripod or place it on a at,
steady surface like a shelf or table.
3 Point your wireless shutter control directly at the
camera's IR receiver, then press the shutter button
on your wireless shutter control. When the camera
receives the IR signal, the camera automatically
focuses and takes a picture.
NOTES:
• Your wireless shutter control can trigger several cameras at
the same time. Make sure that the IR function on all cameras
is turned on and that all the cameras are within the range of
your wireless shutter control.
• If the camera is out of focus, your wireless shutter control
won't work.

CHANGING THE BATTERY
1 Remove the screw on the back of your shutter
control.
2 Push the release tab in the direction of the arrow.
3 Pull the battery tray out of the battery
compartment.
4 Remove the old battery, then insert a new
CR2025 battery face up into the tray.
5 Push the battery tray into the battery
compartment until the tray locks in place.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the camera doesn’t focus and take pictures:
• Make sure that the camera is in IR mode. (See
the instructions that came with the camera.)
• Make sure that the camera has an autofocus
feature. (See the instructions that came with the
camera.)
• Make sure that the battery for your wireless
shutter control has a charge. Replace with a
CR2025 battery if necessary.
• Make sure the line-of-sight between your
wireless shutter control and the IR receiver on
the camera is not blocked by the lens or other
obstacles.
