TROUBLESHOOTING
My computer does not detect my USB device
plugged into the USB-A port.
• Make sure that the USB device is not damaged,
then plug it in again.
My computer does not detect the HDMI video
output.
• Make sure that the USB-C port on your host
device supports DP Alt Mode.
• Make sure that the HDMI monitor is operating
normally.
• Make sure that the HDMI jack is not damaged,
then plug it in again.
My display does not show 4K content.
• You need a display that supports 4K resolutions
and you need 4K content on your source device.
• Make sure that your USB-C cable is capable of
transmitting 4K content.
My computer is not providing power to the hub.
• Make sure that all cables are connected correctly.
• Make sure that your device is turned on.
