Warranty

PDG Limited 1 Year Warranty
Plastic Development Group LLC (“PDG”) warrants its products from defects in material and workmanship
for a period of 1 Year from the date of purchase. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer
the products. Any claims under this warranty must be made in writing to:

All claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase together with the owner’s name, address, telephone
number, and a brief description of the problem. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may
also have other rights which vary from state. This warranty shall be voided by alterations to the product
and misuse/abuse of the product.
PDG is not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred in the removal or reinstallation of its products
nor is it responsible for any inconvenience, commercial loss, incidental or consequential damages. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation
may not apply to you.
Warranty limitations. This warranty does NOT apply where the goods have
1. been subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence, accident, improper testing, improper
installation, improper storage, improper handling, abnormal physical stress, abnormal
environmental condition, or use contrary to any instructions issued by PDG;
2. been reconstructed, repaired, or altered by persons other than PDG or its authorized
representative; or
3. been used with any third-party product, hardware, or product that has not been previously
approved in writing by PDG.
This warranty is made expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied
warranties regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. PDG liability hereunder for
damages incurred by customer or others shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer.
