4.8 Power over Ethernet
4.8.1 PoE Switch Introduction
Providing IEEE 802.3at PoE+ or IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ in-line power interfaces, the WGS-5225 PoE Switch Series can easily
build a power central-controlled IP phone system, IP Camera system, AP group for the enterprise. For instance, these
cameras/APs can be easily installed around the corners of the company for surveillance demands or a wireless roaming
environment in the office can be built. Without the power-socket limitation, the WGS-5225 PoE Switch Series makes the
installation of cameras or WLAN AP easier and more efficient.
