z Serial Port Connection(Terminal)
The above workstations come with COM port (DB9) or USB-to-RS232
converter.
 The above workstationshavebeen installedwith terminal emulator,suchas
TeraTerm,PuTTYorHyperTerminalincludedinWindowsXP/2003.
 Serial cable-- oneend is attachedto the RS232serial port, whilethe other
endtotheconsoleportoftheManagedMetroSwitch.
z Ethernet Port Connection
 Networkcables--Usestandardnetwork(UTP)cableswithRJ45connectors.
 TheabovePCisinstalledwithWebbrowser.
Note
It isrecommended to use Chrome 98.0.xxx or aboveto access the
Managed Metro Switch. If the Web interface of the Managed Metro
Switch is not accessible, please turn off the anti-virus software or
firewallandthentryitagain.
