One Touch Recordings
Path: Reports -> Call Recordings -> One Touch Recordings
One touch recording is for those extensions that are not enabled, when the user wants to record the call; by
pressing 1, it will start recording.
The recordings of once touch recording could be found here. Search criteria and recording list options are the
same as the “normal” call recordings, except one touch recording could not be found on the Call Recording page.
