Configure the rate limiter for the ACL of the switch.

The rate limiter ID for the setti
ngs contained in the same row.
Rate Limiter ID
The allowed values are: 0-3276700 in pps or 0, 100, 200, 300, ..., 1000000 in kbps.
Rate (pps
)
Specif
y the rate unit. The allowed values are:
Unit
pps: packets per second.
kbps: Kbits per second.
All means all ports will have one specific setting.
