TheIndustrialManagedSwitchisshippedwithdefaultIPaddressasfollows:
IPAddress:192.168.0.100
SubnetMask:255.255.255.0
To check the current IP address or modify a new IP address for the Industrial
ManagedSwitch,pleaseusetheproceduresasfollows:
 Display of current IP address
1.Atthe“IGS-4215-16T2S#” prompt, enter “show ip”.
2.The screen displays thecurrent IPaddress, subnetmask andgatewayas shown
inFigure4-2.

CongurationoftheIPaddress
1.Atthe“IGS-4215-16T2S #” prompt, enter “congure”.
2.At the “IGS-4215-16T2S (cong)#” prompt, enter the following command
andpress<Enter>asshowninFigure4-3.
IGS-4215-16T2S(cong)# ip address 192.168.1.100 mask 255.255.255.0
IGS-4215-16T2S(cong)# ip default-gateway 192.168.1.254
The previous command would apply the following settings for the Industrial
ManagedSwitch.
IP Address: 192.168.1.100
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.254
