2. Requirements
 Workstations running Windows 10/XP/2003/Vista/7/8/2008, MAC OS
X or later, Linux, UNIX, or other platforms are compatible with TCP/
IPprotocols.
 Workstations are installed with Ethernet NIC (Network Interface
Card)
 Ethernet Port Connection
¾ Network cables -- Use standard network (UTP) cables with RJ45
connectors.
¾ The above PC is installed with Web browser and JAVA runtime
environmentplug-in.
Note
It is recommended to use Internet Explore 8.0 or above
to access the Cellular Gateway. If the Web interface of
the Cellular Gateway is not accessible, please turn off
theanti-virussoftwareorfirewallandthentryitagain.
 Serial Port Connection (Terminal)
¾ The above Workstations come with COM Port (DB9) or USB-to-
RS232 converter.
¾ The above Workstations have been installed with terminal
emulator,suchasHyperTerminalincludedinWindowsXP/2003.
¾ Serialcable-- oneendis attachedtothe RS232serialport,while
theotherendtotheconsoleportoftheCellularGateway.
