If a PLANET phone needs to use the SCA function, enable it for the phone set.
Specifically, log in to the webpage of the phone set,
choose [Line] >> [SIP] >> [Advanced Settings], and select Enable SCA. If
SCA is not enabled, the registered line is private line.
