Display SMS Popup
There is popup prompt for unread messages after
opening, and there is no popup prompt when closing.
It is opened by default.
Display Other Popup
When the handle is not hung back after opening,
registration fails, IP acquisition fails, Tr069
connection fails and other abnormalities, there will be
popup prompt when it is opened; otherwise, there will
be no prompt when it is closed, and it will be opened
by default.
