5. Starting Web Management
The GPON OLT provides a built-in browser interface. You can manage it remotely
by having a remote host with Web browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer,
MozillaFirefox,GoogleChromeorAppleSafari.

The following shows how to start up the Web Management of the GPON OLT.
Please note the GPON OLT is congured through an Ethernet connection. Please
make sure the manager PC must be set to the same IP subnet address.
For example, the IP address of the GPON OLT is congured with 192.168.1.1 on
Management Port,then the manager PC should be set to 192.168.1.x (where x
isa numberbetween 2and 253, except1 or254), andthe defaultsubnet maskis
255.255.255.0.

5.1 Logging in to the GPON OLT from Management Port
1.Use Internet Explorer 8.0 or above Web browser and enter IP address
http://192.168.1.1 (that you have just set in console) to access the Web
interface.
