4.2.6 Syslog Settings 
The Syslog settings provide to set system log settings, the configured column is used to select the related settings of Syslog 
settings as the screen in Figure 4-2-13 appears.

The page includes the following fields: 
Object  Description 
•  Syslog State 
Enable or disable the Syslog function. 
•  Name 
Display the available protocol for facility setting on this page. 
•  State 
Click to enable the available protocol for facility setting on this page. 
•  Facility 
Selelct the local device number and the range is 0 to 7. 
•  IP 
Input the IP address of remote server 
•  Port 
The port number of remote server. 
•  Priority 
Log priority range 0 to 7. 
Button 
: press this button to take effect.
