Displays the OAM statistics information on all
interfaces or a designated interface.
The pdu parameter is used to classify and count
the OAM packets according to the code-domain
value of the OAM packet.
The link-monitor parameter is used to display
the detailed statistics information of normal link
events.
The remote-failure parameter is to display the
detailed statistics information about the remote
trouble.
