4.4.1.1 WAN Setup
This page is used to configure the parameters for Internet network which connects to the WAN port of
Renewable Energy Switch as the screen in Figure 4-4-3 appears. Table 4-4-1 describes the WAN Objects
Screen of Renewable Energy Switch. Here you may change the access method to static IP, DHCP, PPPoE,
PPTP or L2TP by click the item value of WAN Access type.

Object Description
WAN Access Type
Please select the corresponding WAN Access Type for the Internet, and
fill the correct parameters from your local ISP in the fields which appear
below.
Static IP
Select Static IP Address if all the Internet port’s IP
information is provided to you by your ISP (Internet Service
Provider). You will need to enter the IP address, subnet
mask, gateway address, and DNS address provided to you
by your ISP.
Each IP address entered in the fields must be in the
