During any exercise if you feel discomfort, dizziness or
pain discontinue the routine immediately.

should not be used by children.
Keep away from pets.
Inspect for worn or damaged areas before use.
Discontinue use if the roller is damaged.
Massage and therapy routines should be conducted in a
slow, deliberate, and controlled manner.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Clean with a warm soapy, soft, damp cloth.
Air or towel dry. Do not use harsh chemicals
or abrasive cleaners that can damage the set.
Do not puncture or take apart.
Keep away, from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry
safe place.
