Hot/Cold Foot Roller.
Massage in a slow, deliberate and controlled manner.
Breathe deep. If targeted area is too sore do not roll
over, instead just keep pressure on area and try to
relax as much as possible. The foot roller can also be
used at room temperature.
TO CHILL: Place in freezer for at least I hour or until
needed. Use cold to relieve swelling and pain.
TO HEAT: Submerge in hot tap water only until
desired temperature is reached.
DO NOT MICROWAVE. DO NOT PUT ON STOVE
TOP OR IN BOILING WATER.
Use warm for better circulation and to relieve
sore muscles.
