Taketheboltandhavingcleanedoffanyoldgrease,paintordebris,
examinetherubberbolttipforanysignsofdamage

replacingifnecessary.
ApplyalightfilmofEclipseGreasetocoverthefrontendofthebolt
andalsotheinternalrearboreofthebolt
(SEEFIGURE19K&19L)
.Apply
acoatofEclipseGreasetotherearexternalBolto-ringnearthe
centreofthebolt
(SEEFIGURE19M)

RemoveexcessEclipseGreasebywipingoffwithfinger.Aimto
applyonlyaverythinfilmofgreasetothecomponentsmaintained,
asexcessgreaseboltcancausepoorperformance.
Slidetheboltontothepropshaft
(SEEFIGURE19N)
andslidethebolt
canovertheboltandscrewontothepropshaftbackcap
(SEEFIGURE
19O)
.Thecanandpropshaftpartsshouldmeetwhenfullyscrewed
together.
Finallywipeanyexcessgreaseoffthebolttipandinsertthe
completeboltassemblyintothemarkerbody.
Withtheboltassemblyfullinsertedintothebody,pushthebolt
bonnetdownintothebody.Theboltbonnetshouldmatchthebody
profileattherearwhencorrectlylocated

Remove any excess blobs of Eclipse Grease from the inside and outside of the bolt can.
