WARNING
CLEANING AND
LUBRICATING THE BOLT
Raise the bolt pin and remove the bolt assembly from
the rear of the Etek 4 marker body
(FIGURE 21A).
Using a dry cotton bud remove any paint or grease
from the surface of the bolt
(SEE FIGURE 21B).
Lubricate the detent slots on either side of the bolt
with gun oil, ensuring that a drop of oil is placed on
the o-rings at the point where they cross the detent
slots
(SEE FIGURE 21C). Replace the bolt, locking
the bolt pin into the designated slot in the rammer
using the dot on the bolt as a reference guide
(SEE
FIGURE 21D).
We recommend the use of Eclipse Gun Oil on the
Etek4 rammer and bolt.
