SYMPTOM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Low rate of fire / rate of fire not reaching the ROF cap.
The marker is chopping or trapping paint.
The Ego LV1 does not fire.
Low constant velocity.
Set the rear SFR to it factory level. (See page 6)
Adjust the loader force feed setting.
Try a higher quality of paint.
Switch on the BBSS.
Clean the bolt and breach.
Clean the BBSS.
Re-seat the rubber bolt tip.
Replace the rubber bolt tip.
Push the POPS bonnet back until the unit engages.
Set the SFRs to their factory levels. (See page 6)
Install new high quality alkaline battery.
Replace the battery.
Disable training mode.
Increase the dwell parameter.
Set trigger up correctly.
(See Advanced Set-Up Section)
Plug solenoid wire into port on the Ego LV1 PCB.
Fill loader with paint.
Adjust trigger screws accordingly.
Replace PCB.
Replace solenoid valve.
Increase the output pressure of the SL4 regulator.
The rear solenoid flow restrictor (SFR) is set too low.
The force setting of the loader is too low.
The paint is of a poor quality.
The BBSS is switched off.
The bolt is dirty, causing the BBSS to incorrectly detect
a paintball.
The BBSS is dirty causing the incorrect detection of
paintballs.
Incorrectly seated rubber bolt tip.
Damaged rubber bolt tip
The POPS is not fully engaged.
The solenoid flow restrictors (SFRs) are set too low.
The battery quality or charge level is very low.
The battery is flat.
The training mode is enabled.
The dwell parameter is set too low.
The trigger is set up incorrectly.
The solenoid is not plugged into the Ego LV1 PCB.
The BBSS is enabled but there is no paint in the
breech.
The OPTO sensor/micro-switch is not being activated.
The PCB is damaged.
The solenoid valve is damaged.
The SL4 regulator output pressure set too low.
