Replace the trigger spring into the spring hole in the top
of the trigger and position the trigger so that the hole
through the trigger lines up with the holes in the bearing
carrier, slide the trigger pin in place (SEE FIGURE 15.6).
Gently lower the trigger assembly and bearing carrier into
the frame, taking care not to damage the micro-switch or
the Opto sensor, and ensuring that the trigger is positioned
correctly (SEE FIGURE 15.7). Using a 5/64” hex key tighten
the two screws that hold the bearing carrier in place in the
top of the Ego10 frame SEE FIGURE 15.8. Using a 1/16”
hex key tighten down the trigger pin retaining set screw
SEE FIGURE 15.9.
You have now stripped and cleaned your Ego10 trigger
assembly.
NOTE: DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN THE TRIGGER PIN
RETAINING SCREW UNTIL THE BEARING CARRIER HAS BEEN
SECURED IN THE FRAME. THIS IS TO ENSURE THE TRIGGER
PIN IS CORRECTLY LINED UP AGAINST THE SIDE WALL OF
THE FRAME.
