2.1 Exhaust air discharge
The appliance is suitable to be operated in extraction (vertical discharge) or
recirculation mode (without discharge).

Open air outlet V. Slide a flat head screwdriver
under the cover and pry the cover. Cut the joints
using tin snips.
Recirculation mode (without discharge)
The exhaust air is led back into the kitchen, when
the appliance is operated in recirculation mode. Do
not remove cover V. The exhaust air is discharged
via outlet C. The use of carbon filters to eliminate
cooking vapours and odours is permissible for
recirculation mode only.
Setting of the operation mode
Remove the mode selection block when the appliance is operated in recirculation
mode (fig. 2). Insert the mode selection block at the position on fig. 1 when the
appliance is operated in extraction mode.
