2.6 Installation of the water drain hose
❖ The installation of the water and drain connection must be carried out by a
qualified professional.
❖ The appliance is equipped with a water supply and a water drain hose which can
be installed on the right or left

to ensure proper installation.
❖ Use brand-new hoses and connector kits only.
HOW TO CONNECT THE WATER DRAIN HOSE
1. Insert the water drain hose (5) into a drainpipe (6) with a diameter of at least 40
mm or into a sink (s. below, installation A or installation B).
2. Do not bend or squeeze the water drain hose (5).
3. The free end of the water drain hose must not be higher than 1000 mm and
must not be immersed into water to avoid reflux (s. fig. below).
