THE FOLLOWING MODES CAN BE SET
→ FAST COOLING MODE (fridge only)
→ FAST FREEZING MODE (freezer only)
→ HOLIDAY MODE (fridge and freezer)
4.6.1 Fast Cooling Mode
❖ The temperature of the fridge will be set to +0
0
C automatically.
❖ After 150 minutes the FAST COOLING MODE switches off automatically and
the temperature of the fridge will be reset to the previous setting.
When the FAST COOLING MODE is activated, the temperature of the freezer does
not change.
The FAST COOLING MODE decreases the refrigeration temperature rapidly and
makes sure that the food will be cooled faster as usual. Thereby this mode helps
to keep the stored food fresh for a longer period of time.
HOW TO ACTIVATE THE FAST COOLING MODE
1. If the operating buttons of the display are locked, press
the button « TASTENSPERRE (LOCK) » (D) for 3
seconds. The operational status indicator of the key lock
(6) goes off. The operating buttons are unlocked.

2. Press the button « MODUS (MODE) » (C) repeatedly until
the operational status indicator of the FAST COOLING
MODE (3) goes on.

3. After a few seconds without using any operating
buttons, the FAST COOLING MODE is activated.
HOW TO DEACTIVATE THE FAST COOLING MODE PREMATURELY
After 150 minutes the FAST COOLING MODE switches off automatically.
You can also prematurely deactivate the FAST COOLING MODE manually.
❖ If you want to deactivate the FAST COOLING MODE prematurely, press the
button « MODUS (MODE) » (C) repeatedly until all operational status
indicators of the modes are off. Alternatively, you can set another mode.
