3.2 Use of the hob
WARNING! Never touch the hotplates while they are still hot! RISK
OF BURNS!
❖ Put a cookware directly onto a hotplate. Turn the corresponding knob clockwise
or anticlockwise to switch on the hob.
❖ The indicator goes on when switching on the appliance.
❖ Set the power level of the hotplates by turning the rotary knobs clockwise or
anticlockwise.
❖ Turn the corresponding knob to position 0 to stop cooking.

E.g.: steaming of vegetable.

E.g.: soups; larger dishes.

E.g.: slow frying.

E.g.: frying of meat / fish.

MAX.: e.g. fast heating / cooking / frying.
❖ After cooking turn the rotary knob on position 0 immediately to switch off
the corresponding hotplate.
