Just tap to choose the PDF file from your tablets, make sure

VII. Settings
Tap the ―Settings‖ icon to go to settings. You can check and set
wireless&networks, sound, display, storage, Battery, Accounts &sync, security,
language, date&time, about tablet, etc.
