With the complete European
road network stored in
its 2 GB Flash memory, this 2-DIN integrated audio, video
and navigation system is your ideal travelling companion.
Its stylish 5.8-inch WVGA touch screen is supported by
a USB-in terminal and iPod Direct Control. Another key
feature of the AVIC-F700BT is playback of video and MP3
files that have been copied onto an SD card or USB device.

wireless telephony
enables you to safely use your mobile phone hands-free.
Now, more than 1000 of Europe’s most famous landmarks, such as the Eiffel Tower in Paris and the Colosseum in Rome,
have been included in the navigation software for the AVIC-F900BT, AVIC-F700BT, AVIC-F500BT and AVIC-HD3II.
What’s more, the 3D elevation feature* visualises the relief of the surrounding area, which is convenient when driving through
mountainous regions.

KEY FEATURES
Using the integrated rear USB-in terminal and SD card slot, it takes
only seconds to expand your system with a USB stick with AV content,
a USB audio player or an SD card and play your compressed audio
or video files. Controlling these devices can be done directly from
the touch panel of the AVIC-F900BT, AVIC-F700BT and AVIC-F500BT.
DIRECT USB/SD CONNECTIVITY
USB stick or USB audio player
Pioneer’s AVIC units fit the design of your car’s interior and can be
smoothly installed in any car. Once installed, the 1-DIN and 2-DIN
models hardly protrude from your dashboard. The AVIC-F500BT can
be mounted on your dashboard, and can easily be detached to be
used in a second car.
For your peace of mind, the AVIC units have even been fitted
with anti-theft protection. Once the battery has been disconnected,
they require a password to start up again. To make things even better,
they can be easily controlled via your car’s own hard-wired remote
control with an optional remote control adapter*.
* Not available for the AVIC-F500BT.

PIONEER’S PERFECT-FIT
The AVIC-F900BT, AVIC-F700BT and AVIC-F500BT come with built-in
Parrot Bluetooth
®
wireless technology, which means they will connect
to your Bluetooth
®
-enabled mobile phone* while you are in your car.
Simply leave your mobile phone in your pocket or handbag, and access
the phone’s functionalities from your headunit’s touch panel. You can
choose to automatically synchronise your phonebook, which gives you
easy access to your contacts through your unit’s touch panel. A total of 3
mobile phones can be registered, and up to 300 contacts can be stored
for each registered phone (for privacy, only the driver’s phone contacts
are displayed). What’s more, these NavGate units’ telephony seamlessly
integrates with their navigation capabilities, allowing you to select POIs
and call them directly, without having to look up their contact details.
Because the AVIC-F900BT, AVIC-F700BT and AVIC-F500BT incorporate
Parrot Bluetooth
®
wireless technology, you can download upgrades
for your Bluetooth
®
module from Parrot, via the Pioneer website
(www.pioneer.co.uk). Your navigation system can then be upgraded via an
SD card or USB stick. Easy!
