Automatic MCACC SETUP (VSX-D814, VSX-C502)
The beauty of this system is that you can automatically adjust your home
system just like professionals. The Auto-MCACC Setup system uses a
microphone to monitor the sound environment in the room from the
listener’s perspective. It determines the size and number of speakers, and
channel level, as well as distance between the listener and the speakers.

The MCACC (Multi-Channel Acoustic
Calibration System) Setup, jointly
developed with world-renowned AIR
studios, situated in London, is a user-
friendly sound-field adjustment system, which enables
you to adjust acoustic conditions to match your living
room environment — like a mini sound stage in your
own home. MCACC Setup comes with automatic and/or
manual adjustment capability.

You’ll be immersed in a smooth and natural surround field coming from the back.
