level of a speaker as the test tone plays.

For best results, sit in your main listening position when
doing this. You can adjust each speaker in the range of
+/-10dB.
5 When you're done, press TEST TONE to
turn off the test tone.
Setting the TV System
The default setting of this player is AUTO, and unless
you notice that the picture is distorted when playing
some discs, you should leave it set to
AUTO.
If you experience picture distortion with some discs, set
the TV system to match your country or region.
When set to NTSC, PAL encoded DVD discs are output
as is.
1 Make sure that the system is in standby.
2 Press SYSTEM MENU.
3 Press 2 or 3 repeatedly until you see
VIDEO SELECT appear in the display.
4 Press ENTER.
5 Use 5 or ∞ to select the video system.
Switch between
AUTO, PA L and NTSC.
6 Press ENTER.
