The viewing angle can be increased, however, by using [Brightness] to adjust the black density of the video. When using for the first time, adjust the black density in accordance with the viewing angle to adjust for clear viewing.

When Using the Navigation System for the First Time Selecting a Source with the AV button 1 Turn the ignition switch (ACC) ON. The navigation system’s power supply comes on. 2 After the navigation system starts, press the AV button to switch the screen. The navigation map screen changes to the audio source screen. 3 Press the AV button to turn the audio source on.

Do not use an adapter when playing 8-cm discs. ❒ If you cannot insert a disc completely or if an inserted disc is not recognized, check that the label side of the disc is up. The following screen also may appear because the hard disk drive can not run due to low temperature. In such a case, park your vehicle in a safe place and turn the ignition switch off. After the temperature inside the vehicle returns to normal, turn the ignition switch on.

They indicate the type of images and audio recorded on the disc, and the functions you can use. Do not use such discs.

These are due to the characteristics of the LCD screen and do not indicate a problem with the navigation system. • At low temperatures, the LCD screen may be dark for a while after the power is turned on. • The LCD screen will be difficult to see if it is exposed to direct sunlight.
