Customise the navigation functions so they can
be used easily.

Buttons you can use
The availability of a specific button or function is
indicated by its look. Depending on the status of
your vehicle, some buttons will be available, while
others will not be.
Active touch key: The button is operable.
Inactive touch key: The function is not available
(e.g., operation is prohibited while driving).
Basic Navigation
• For safety reasons, you cannot use some of
these basic navigation functions while
your vehicle is in motion. To enable these
functions, you must stop in a safe place
and apply the handbrake (see page 14
Interlock for details).
Basic flow of operation
1 Park your vehicle in a safe place, and
apply the handbrake.
2 Press the MENU button to display the
navigation menu.
3 Select the method of searching for your
destination.
4 Enter the information about your desti-
nation to calculate route.
5 Confirm the location at the map.
6 Checking and fixing the route.
7 Your navigation system sets the route to
your destination, and the map of your
surroundings appears.
8 After releasing the handbrake, drive in
accordance with the navigation informa-
tion, subject to the important safety
instructions noted on page 14 to 15.
