Customising preferences of the AV function
curves by switching alternatively between
Flat” and a set equaliser curve.
1. Display theAudio” screen.

2. Tap [Equaliser].

preset.
Customising the equaliser settings
You can adjust the sound range and
frequency to your preference.
1. Display theAudio” screen.

2. Tap [Equaliser].
3. Tap or to select the equaliser
preset.
4. Tap or to set the desired range.
You can set the following range between
–15” and “15”.
•Bass
•Mid
•Treble
5. Tap or to set the desired
frequency.
You can select the following frequencies:
LPH: 60Hz 80Hz 100Hz 200Hz
MPF: 0.5kHz 1kHz 1.5kHz 2.5kHz
HPF: 10kHz 12.5kHz 15kHz 17.5kHz
If you tap [Reset], the setting values of
equaliser curve is returned to the default
settings.
Enhancing bass (Bass Booster)
You can enhance bass sounds that are often
muted by driving noise.
1. Display the “Audio” screen.
For details, refer to “Displaying the screen
for audio settings” on page 99.
2. Tap [Bass Booster].
3. Tap the item you want to set.
•On (default):
Activates the enhance bass sound function.
•Off:
Deactivates the enhance bass sound
function.
Using the subwoofer output
The navigation system is equipped with a
subwoofer output mechanism, which can be
turned on or off.
You can set the cut off frequency of the
subwoofer output.
1. Display the “Audio” screen.
For details, refer to “Displaying the screen
for audio settings” on page 99.
2. Tap [Subwoofer].
3. Tap [On].
The subwoofer output is turned on.
The default setting is “Off”.
4. Tap [Subwoofer Filter].
5. Tap the item you want to set the cut-off
frequencies.
•80Hz
•120Hz (default):
•160Hz
6. Tap [Fader/Balance].
7. Tap or next to “Sub:” to adjust
the output level.
Touching the touching area allows you to
quickly adjust the output level.
