The NWA_V bit is always set to zero for +RW because the Next Writable Address field is invalid for such type of media.
The LRA_V bit is always set to zero for +R/+RW because the Last Recorded Address field is invalid for such type of media.
For CD-R/RW media written by SAO, the Track Size is computed as follows; TrackSize = PMAStopTime PMAStartTime 2.
This means the last 2 blocks are not encountered as same as the track written by TAO.
