• Connect this player's audio output jacks to an amp's CD, LD, AUX
or other audio input jacks. (Do not connect to PHONO jacks.)

_mmerclally available cord with
mini plug (no resistance)
If you use a commercially available cord with mini plugs (no resistance) to connect this player's control input jack to the control
output jack of the component bearing the _ mark, you can control the player as though it were a component in a system
(system control)
• If you connect for system control, you cannot operate the player directly by pointing the remote control at it and pressing
buttons
• When controlling the unit as part of a system, be sure to connect to the amplifier with audio cord even if you are using only
digital components
• If your AV amplifier is a Dolby Pro Logic decoder, you can enjoy surround sound

Using a TV with a component
video inputs assures improved
image quality.
• You can use the player with a TV featuring color signal
inputs for video input. This assures high picture quality.
• The names given to the color signal inputs differ
depending on the TV.
• When image color is thin or different, make
adjustments on the TV side.
