2. Press STOP 2 x

3. Press SUBTITLE 5x

4. Press the button for the desired RC (0=codefree)

1. With no disc in the tray

2. Key in 0, 0, 8, 6, 0, 0, 0 on the remote

3. Press SELECT

4. Power the recorder off

1. The disc tray has to be empty

2. Press RETURN

3. Press INFO

4. Enter 8, 8, 8, X (X is the region code, 0 = multi-region)

5. Press ENTER (or RETURN)

Coby TF-DVD500 / TF-DVD5000 / TF-DVD5010 / TF-DVD7050 / TF-DVD7100 / TF-

DVD7107 / TF-DVD8500

1. Press SETUP

2. Press FFW, F REW, NEXT, PREVIOUS

3. Change the code to 255 using the RIGHT arrow key

1. Switch on

2. Press SOURCE until the player is in 'DVD' mode

3. Ensure the disc tray is empty

4. Press DVD SETUP

5. Press the RIGHT ARROW button four times

(You should now see the "Preference Page" menu)

6. Enter 3, 3, 0, 8

(A menu should appear displaying the player's current region code)

7. Set the region code using DOWN (0 = multi-region)

8. Press OK

9. Press DVD SETUP

Coby TF-DVD5600 / TF-DVD7500

1. Turn on the player (without a disc inserted)

2. Press SETUP

3. Select "Preferences"

4. Press 1, 3, 7, 9

5. Select region

6. Press ENTER

7. Press SETUP again
