1. Press DVD of TV/DVD SELECT
2. Insert DVD with foreign RC
3. Remove DVD
4. Press OPEN/CLOSE
5. Press TIME SEARCH, 1, 1 and 9
6. If this doesn't work, press TV, 2, 0 and 0. (for the new firmware versions)

totally light.)
4. Press (SHIFT,) PROGRAM
5. Press (SHIFT,) CLOCK - and the display will show the word "ADJUST"
6. At this time using the DVD remote control press 9

3. 2-digit number should be displayed
4. Press DOWN until 09 is set

6. Open the disc tray
7. Close the disc tray
8. Turn the player off

3. Enter region (0 = multi-region)
