4. Press LEFT, LEFT, LEFT, RIGHT
5. A new menu entry appears ("Version")
6. Press STEP, PREV CHAPTER, NEXT CHAPTER
7. Close the disc tray

2. Wait for "No disc"
3. Press 7, 7, SELECT (or ENTER)

2. Make sure no disc is inside the tray
3. Press SETUP
4. Press NEXT, PREV, NEXT, PREV
5. "Ver X" should be displayed (X = region)
6. Change the region with RIGHT (255 = multi-region)
7. Press SETUP
