1. Open the disc tray
2. Press 9, 8, 1, 7
3. Select the region you want (9=codefree)

1. Open the disc tray
2. Insert RC1-DVD (don't close)
3. Press 0, 1, 2, 3
4. Press PLAY

1. Turn on the player (without a disc inserted)
2. Open the disc tray
3. Press SETUP
4. Go to "Exit Setup" with the arrow keys
5. Press 1, 3, 6, 9
6. Press LEFT three times
7. Press RIGHT
8. A new menu entry appears (Version)
9. Select this entry
10. Press ENTER
11. Exit all menus until blue screen can be seen
12. Press P/N
"Multi" should be displayed
13. Close the disc tray
