4. Enter region (MUTE or 0 for multi-region)

2. Wait for the "no disc" message
3. Press 1, 6, 7, 1, 9 slowly
4. A menu comes up
5. Select "Configuraton"
6. Select region (0 = codefree)

1. Turn on the player (without a disc inserted)
2. Press MENU, 9, OPEN, 5
3. Enter region (MUTE for codefree)
Method 2:
1. Turn on the player (without a disc inserted)
2. Press MENU, 1, 6, 7
3. A menu should pop up
4. Enter region (MUTE for codefree)

4. Current region should be displayed
5. Select region with ENTER (9 = codefree)
