Appendix Troubleshooting Problems in the procedures for updating Cause Action The upgrade process doesn’t start and the navigation system boots up as usual. An incorrect SD memory card has been inserted. Eject the inserted SD memory card and insert the correct upgrade SD memory card. Upgrade has been already done. Check whether the upgrade was done properly. If the upgrade has not been done yet, consult the nearest authorized service station.
