Voice Operation
Recording Names for Source
Record in advance the source that you want to load by voice.
1. Select the Head unit to the source to be recorded.
2. Switch to the recording mode.
Hold for 2 seconds
After the currently selected sound source disappears, a guidance “Say source name to be
registered.” is announced, followed by a beep sound.
3. After the beep, say the name you desire to record.
Example: To record “radio”:
Face the mic and say “radio”. You will hear “radio” output from the speaker.
4. The ‘‘Naming is complete” voice guidance message is announced.
Note:
• You cannot record or load AUX or EXT source names.
• The Head units with which you can record and load Source names are as follows:
