You can adjust the guidance volume and alert sound vol-
ume separately from the main sound volume when "::F7(
0381F3O is used.

Refer to Adjusting the volume on page 47
1 Connect an "::F7(0381F3O-compatible device to
this product via USB.
 Refer to the Installation Manual.
The Application menu screen appears.

If an "::F7(0381F3O-compatible device has been connected
and another screen is displayed, touch ["::F7(0381F3O] on
the top menu screen to display the Application menu screen.

The Bluetooth connection with the "::F7(0381F3O-
compatible device will be terminated automatically if "::F7(
0381F3O is turned on. While "::F7(0381F3O is turned on, only
a Bluetooth audio connection will be possible for devices
other than the device connected via "::F7(0381F3O.

Hands-free phoning via Bluetooth wireless technology is
not available while "::F7(0381F3O is on. If "::F7(0381F3O
is turned on during a call on a mobile phone other than the
"::F7(0381F3O-compatible device, the Bluetooth connection
will be terminated after the call ends.

The route guidance by the internal navigation system will
stop automatically if the route guidance function in "::F7(
0381F3O is launched.
Setting&the&driving&position
To achi ev e op ti mu m us ab il it y of "::F7(0381F3O, set the driving
position setting correctly according to the vehicle.
The default setting is “?7P<”.
1 Display the “)OJ<76” setting screen.

2 Touch [E8LNL9G(1BJL<LB9].
3 Touch the item.
 ?7P<:
Select for a left-hand drive vehicle.

-LGH<:
Select for a right-hand drive vehicle.
The setting will be applied the next time an "::F7(0381F3O-
compatible device is connected to this product.
Adjusting&the&volume
You can adjust the guidance volume and alert sound volume
separately from the main sound volume when "::F7(0381F3O
is used.
1 Start up "::F7(0381F3O.
 Refer to Starting procedure on page 46
2 Rotate the #'? (@/A) knob.
The volume menu will be displayed on the screen.

The volume menu is displayed for four seconds. If the menu
disappears, rotate the #'? (@/A) knob again. The menu
reappears.

screen. Rotate the #'? (@/A) knob to adjust the volume of
the main sound.

You can control applications for a smartphone directly from the
screen ("9>8BL>(";<B).
In "9>8BL>(";<B, you can operate applications with finger
gestures such as tapping, dragging, scrolling or flicking on the
screen of this product.

Android devices running Android 5.0 or higher are compati-
ble with "9>8BL>(";<B.
WARNING
Certain uses of a smartphone may not be legal while driving in
your jurisdiction, so you must be aware of and obey any such
restrictions.
If in doubt as to a particular function, only perform it while the
car is parked.
No feature should be used unless it is safe to do so under the
driving conditions you are experiencing.

When connecting an "9>8BL>(";<B-compatible device to this
product, select the method for connecting your device. Settings
are required according to the connected device.

