Setting the announcement
support interruption
1Press FUNC and then press AS to select
the announcement support mode.
2Press the corresponding button to turn
the desired announcement support on.
Notes
• When Announce is on, Warning/service,
Event announcement, Special event, Finance,
Sports and Information are also turned on.
• You can also use 

Switching the service
follow
1Press FUNC and then press SF.
2Press SF to turn on service follow.


To turn off service follow, press SF again.
Switching primary or
secondary service
component
1Press FUNC and then press P/2ND.
2Press P/2ND repeatedly until the de-
sired service component appears in the
display.
Searching for service by
available PTY information
Available PTY search lets you see the list of
available PTYs that is in the current ensemble
and select one of them to receive.
• If there is no available PTY in the current
ensemble, you cannot switch to the availa-
ble PTY search mode.
• Available PTY search function is different
from PTY search function. With this prod-
uct, you can operate only the available PTY
search.
1Press FUNC and then press PTY to se-
lect the available PTY search mode.
2Press 

or 

to select the desired PTY.
3Press 

to start the PTY search.
DAB receives the desired PTY service.


You can also use NAVI/OK to start the PTY
search.
